The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) unveiled its game-changing Leadership L.I.F.T. Programme, designed to shape visionary leaders in aesthetic surgery. This pioneering initiative focuses on cultivating leadership, fostering innovation, and envisioning the future landscape of the industry. The comprehensive curriculum covers leadership development, cutting-edge innovations, and transformative strategies. Esteemed leaders and experts in aesthetic surgery guide participants through interactive discussions, workshops, and case studies. Advanced Aesthetics & Aesthetics Medispa’s Chief Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon and MD, Dr Ashish Davalbakta, posted on Instagram about his experience attending the programme. His post emphasised ISAPS’ dual focus on delivering aesthetic education and nurturing leadership skills.
