CeraVe, globally acclaimed skincare brand, enters Indian market

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty has introduced CeraVe, the top dermatologist-recommended skincare brand in the US, to the Indian market, marking its foray into the country’s skincare industry. To fortify this debut, the brand orchestrated the ‘Skin Barrier Science -A Dermatological Summit’ in Mumbai. CeraVe’s distinct formulation, developed in collaboration with dermatologists, integrates 3 Essential Ceramides that restore the skin’s natural barrier. Leveraging MVE (Multivesicular Emulsion) technology, it ensures enduring hydration. The range spans from gentle cleansers to specialised treatments, catering to diverse skin concerns, with proven efficacy clinically validated on Indian skin.

The summit encompassed an educational zone led by Dr. Namita Misra, showcasing CeraVe’s science and research. Dr Muneeb Shah, a globally renowned US-based dermatologist, interacted via holographic real-time technology, sharing insights and social media tips. Dr Giuseppe Micali from Italy and Dr Neena Khanna from India illuminated the significance of Skin Barrier Science and CeraVe’s efficacy on Indian skin through clinical trials and discussions. CeraVe is available at dermatology clinics, chemist stores, e-pharmacies, and Nykaa under the dermatological banner.
