The recently concluded Aesthetic Medicine India Expo & Conference 2023 in Mumbai was a resounding success, providing the aesthetic medicine community with valuable insights on trends and fostering new connections.

In June, the highly anticipated third edition of the Aesthetic Medicine India Exhibition and Conference 2023 (AMI Show 2023) welcomed dermatologists, aestheticians, and plastic surgeons in Mumbai. The Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon served as the hub for two days of panel discussions and a bustling exhibition. The event featured 23 speakers, 139 delegates, over 34 brands, and over 637 visitors.

India’s aesthetic medicine industry is experiencing remarkable growth and is projected to continue expanding with a CAGR of 25-30 per cent by 2026. This growth is driven by factors such as increased demand, rising disposable income, and technological advancements. Collaborations between the medical fraternity, academia, and industry stakeholders further contribute to innovation and skill development, propelling India toward its goal of becoming a global hub for aesthetic medicine. Investments in products, machinery, and services fuel this growth, and with a growing market and a strong emphasis on innovation and collaboration, the future of India’s aesthetic medicine industry looks incredibly promising.

As the industry evolves, staying informed about the latest developments in treatment modalities for the face and body becomes crucial. The conference at the recently concluded event delved into these exciting advancements, elaborating on the evolution of aesthetic practice in recent times and offering valuable insights into trending and newest treatment modalities. The room was filled with positive energy and curiosity as recent trends, best-selling treatments, experiences, and case studies were discussed. The esteemed panelists provided a comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing landscape of aesthetic medicine, while the active attendees actively participated in these discussions, evident through their back-toback questions.
